Art Director/ Senior Designer

About you

We're looking for an ambitious and talented Art Director, with a minimum of two years’ experience to work closely with the Creative Director on our key accounts. You probably have an advertising, social media, or digital agency background, having served your apprenticeship under a CD who kept asking for an idea and not a layout.

What you’ll do

You must be able to conceptualise and execute a campaign from brief to final output. You will be committed to generating fresh ideas that will enable us to create outstanding work on some of Singapore's most sought after projects. You have a knack for creative brainstorming and conceptualisation while employing your remarkable craft to bring to life cross-channel initiatives, through videos, social, digital and print. You value ownership of projects and revel in collaborating with like-minded creatives to deliver amazing work.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and execute digital advertising and social media campaigns

Setup, manage and monitor online ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc

Prepare interim and post campaign reports

Analyse digital campaign results, identify insights and make appropriate recommendations to improve performance

Prepare media schedules, budget tracking and billing

Requirements

A Degree, preferably in communications, digital marketing, advertising or media-related courses

Experience in email marketing, social media marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics

Experience in setting up tracking to goal conversion in Google Analytics to track ad campaign performance

Familiar with social listening and analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc

Excellent communicator and creative thinker and able to write and present performance-driven digital marketing campaign plans

Able to work independently, and collaborate well with external partners when necessary

Always in trend with the latest technology and audience behaviour in digital communications

Media Executive/Coordinator

Responsibilities

Prepare media schedules and quotations

Manage media admin duties that include compiling monthly report, issue copy instructions and generating proforma invoices for billing

Manage media booking deadlines, and ensure that material deadlines are clearly communicated and followed through with the client/servicing team

Coordinate with media owners/vendors for copy vetting and artwork submission

Compile tearsheet/proof of delivery for all the advertisements placed

Carry out simple media research

Follow up on other related duties assigned

Requirements

Diploma certification/Higher NITEC

Working experience in a media agency strongly preferred

Knowledge in both Traditional and Digital media platforms

Familiarity with Nielsen Clear Decisions, Comscore, Adnet

A good team player but also able to work independently often to tight deadlines

Meticulous, responsive, and possess strong negotiation skills
